Career Enhancement Program

As a key program in the Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) SPORE in Prostate Cancer (PCa), the Career Enhancement Program (CEP) aims to educate and mentor physician investigators and scientists in the conduct of PCa translational research. The CEP acknowledges that to achieve the foremost goal of impacting patient-oriented research is critical to engage new researchers in our programs.

Both co-leaders have extensive experience in mentoring at every academic level and significant past and current involvement in critical cancer-related organizations.

Specific Aims:

AIM 1. Recruit, mentor, and advance the careers of junior faculty committed to translational research in PCA

AIM 2. Encourage select, experienced, and established midlevel and senior-level researchers to focus their research efforts on PCa
